the screensaver is not the wallpaper

while working with different and various customers (mostly woman and old people, err... over 52)I noticed them telling me about their need to change their "screensaver" and when I was there, in the screensaver settings screen, they always were like: "oh...no no.. I meant the thing under the main screen, under those little things (icons)" so I then proceed to change their wallpaper... thinking about how weird was for me to have the difference between one and the other so clear.

Now the mystery is finally solved, I was watching a leftover "left" there in the TV by my wife ... SEX and The City, (yeah.. the remote was too far away to go get it , and they also had Mikhail Baryshnikov in the cast for that couple of episodes) and I see the main character saying just the two words I was always afraid to hear: while pointing at her screen..in a certain given moment this lady says, here..I have him as a screensaver, rotating the screen a little and showing a clear and sound WALLPAPER!! , I was like.. OMG!! there you are! gotcha! you are probably the culprit for the mistake in the feminine population! , at least part of it.

I'm so relieved now, and will still be (probably not alone) in my quest to show to everyone willing to listen the difference between one and the other, hey sex and the city producers... do you wanna have a more realistic show? please fire your IT consultant and hire me! I promise.. I won't let you down! I can catch more IT mistakes than a wannabe.

about stephen hawking and God

I just read this article http://content.usatoday.com/communities/Religion/post/2010/09/stephen-hawking-god-creation-grand-design/1 and other related ones, and one thing I just can't avoid to think, such a stupid declaration for a otherwise brilliant mind which I admire.

 he may be quoted out of context but if I got this right and he is saying if the existence of the entire universe is the consequence of the laws of physics and gravity, then he forgot to mention God exists beyond time and space, and laws too.

myspace versus facebook

they (myspace) are threating Facebook now as a pishing site?a spammer? a malware site? C'MON, it's called unfair corporate behavior, if such thing really exists. LOL

I know , what I was trying to do is kinda a "redirect" but for me it seemed normal, nothing too forbidden, and I was upset by the policy set in place there. supposedly to impede my friends to locate me easily. LOL

Myspace is not allowing people to post their Facebook profiles or links

after a while I logged in today to my myspace and tried to post a link to my fresh obtained username, that's right , i finnaly got it: www.facebook.com/richmondlaptop , and WOW! all i see in my status update is a message saying : "security check required" then , when I try it, all I get is not my original link, but a image saying I can't post that, I don't know about you, but it sounds as a plain censure to me.

well, all I have to say, (like I said to yahoo when I migrated to gmail) TOO LATE! if you launch a new functionality or something the others have been doing for a long time now, I say: where is the improvement? where is the progress? do I have any reason to go back to hotmail? I just have my account so I can use your messenger service, that's all.

Aaron driving school isn't so bat after all.

I attended the worst rated school in the web, the class was kinda special, the course was fast paced, and I loved it.the speaker, Mr Jack doesn't know about S.E.O. and how to get better reviews at Google, the thing is, it is more likely for people with a bad experience, in a bad mood, or the ones trying to do some damage, to actually go online and post a review, and it's only probably only one percent of the attending ppl, so, Aaron driving school, get a specialist to help you. coz you'r not that bad , and there is nothing wrong in being confident at what you do , and do it with passion. keep at it and good luck.

my predictions for the future part 001

I say Kitty from brothers and sisters will get a regression in her cancer, then she will undergo more treatments and then will be just fine and well and in a full recovery.

I say in the future Starbucks will be selling some type of hamburgers or a product with meat.
